As humans, we grow from experience jump rope to improve.
We grow when it’s time to grow, and when it’s time to grow, we have to grow. Growth means changing, but not necessarily by a small amount. Growing means changing into something new and better. It can mean becoming stronger, growing in size, or it can mean becoming more mature. When you have a certain goal in mind, you realize that you’re constantly growing.
As a recent graduate of the International Academy of Sports Physiology and Nutrition (ISA), my goal was to learn more about my own growth. You grow from growing a certain amount and moving to another level. When I started to research as to what was going on in my body, I found that I was growing into a new level of fitness, strength and health. There were areas that weren’t working for me, and there were areas that I am still improving in, but overall, I started to see that I’ve started my growth process. My journey started out as a physical trainer and a jump rope trainer.

In the past, I’ve been working with my clients. The clients can be anything, whether its a senior citizen, a kid, or a corporate client. I’ve worked with them on their workout and nutrition, but now I’m working with my own body. The main difference is that they’re just a body. But in my eyes, it’s their body that’s working against them, not me. I’m not working on their body, I’m working on their mind. This journey has opened up a new world for me, in which my mind can help me take care of myself and others.
