Some athletes will be able to stretch their legs completely and perhaps even touch their toes.
Others will need to stretch farther as a means to help loosen up the tightness or constriction of their muscles The point of this exercise is to help you reach the limits you may have been at before. You will need to focus on stretching the muscle groups you think are causing the most pain or tightness. By using this exercise it will allow you to stretch more then the time before you did it on your own if you are comfortable enough to continue.
Always to a jump rope routine to warm-up before. It is safe to continue this exercise after you have reached the limits you have previously reached you may feel a little more sore or tightness until you get back into that stretch or relaxed state you were in earlier. The next week you may do this routine once more to give muscle groups more time to relax as well as stretch more of your body.

In this part of the program are some exercises used to train others for sports and other more routine movement of the body. Begin by sitting on the floor or a chair and you will need to place your feet up on your mat or another piece of furniture that is relatively long enough so that you can use your entire body length if need be. This is simply a starting point this may vary based on your abilities to maintain a relaxed body and not be bent at the waist or twisted at the head. The exercise I have come up with is simple I chose two exercises that could be used with others as they begin to learn this program as athletes they could be doing exercises with their muscles being worked for them without them thinking about it.
