It’s time you did something about it – and it’s a big mistake you’ve been making!
What would happen if you went down to the gym and did some weight training and then instead of driving home after training you instead you walked a little further to the park down the hill so you could walk the dogs, spend the evening with family or your partner. On the first day just doing a little every day and walking from the parking, to the top of the hill as the dogs would run off in every direction chasing squirrels and birds. The wind blew, and the sun beat down on you and you stopped to let the dogs play and you ate a nice healthy snack and maybe you had a cold glass of lemonade in a clean glass as opposed to a bottle of sugar sweetened soda – and you said "enough is enough" and finally, after a few days you were stronger, you had more energy, you no longer craved unhealthy snacks and sodas, and you knew from years of experience that if you do this every day you will change.

Imagine what will happen to you if you decide to do this with your eating habits for your weight? How good can you feel? Do you want to be the person who makes the decision to change your unhealthy habits, or are you too busy right now on the sofa watching the games on the box instead of making it a priority to get into the gym.
